Please allow 10-15 business days for standard ready products and 15-21 business days for customized products to arrive at the recipient destination.

Tax / Insurance
The customer has to be awarded of any taxes or duties, if any, that imposed by the local custom authorities at the recipient country when the product arrived at destination. We are sorry to inform that the customer or recipient of the product has to bear the import taxes or duties, if any, at the country when the product arrived at the destination. We are not liable for any delay or consequences that arise due to unpaid taxes or duties at the recipient country.

Legal
Before purchasing the product from us, please make sure that the products are allowed to enter the recipient country and not violate any of the local rules and regulations of imported goods or products. We are not liable for any denial entry of the product into the recipient country.

Return & Refund Policy
i) Purchaser may return the products sold by us within 15 days from date arrival at your destination for full refund of the products price. The shipping cost that incurred is not refundable.
ii) All products returned must be in their original conditions and packaging. All materials and tags that included with the shipment of the products must also be returned in its original conditions, packaging and place. Media products shipped with shrink wrap must be returned unopened.
iii) The purchaser has to bear the shipping cost for returned products. We will not compensate for shipping cost and charges that incurred by purchaser.
iv) In the event of returned products that came with free shipping, the purchaser has to compensate for the shipping cost. The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount before credited back to purchaser.

Products Inspection
As part of our quality control, we will inspect and check every inch of the products for defects, fulfillment of your requirements on size, color, and others before we ship or deliver them to you.
